Ingredients

  1. 3 Kiva Chocolate Bars (adjust based on bowl size and dosing)
  2. 3 cups graham cracker crumbs (use vegan-friendly graham crackers)
  3. 1½ cups vegan marshmallow fluff (store-bought or homemade)
  4. Optional garnishes: crushed graham crackers, peppermint pieces, or Kiva chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Layer
  2. Crush or grind the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  3. Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of each dessert bowl, pressing lightly to create an even base.
  4. Melt the Kiva Chocolate
  5. Break the Kiva chocolate bars into smaller pieces for quicker melting.
  6. To melt the chocolate:
  7. Microwave Method: Heat in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  8. Double Boiler Method*Stovetop: Place a heat-safe bowl over a pot of simmering water (on low heat) and stir the chocolate until melted.
  9. Tip: Avoid high heat to preserve the smooth texture and cannabis properties. I personally prefer stove-top
  10. Assemble the Layers
  11. Pour a generous layer of melted chocolate over the graham cracker base in each bowl.
  12. Add another layer of crushed graham crackers for extra crunch, followed by another layer of melted chocolate if desired.
  13. Top with Marshmallow Fluff
  14. Spread a thick, fluffy layer of vegan marshmallow fluff over the top of each bowl. If you prefer homemade marshmallow, lightly melt it for a gooey texture (it can get messy, but that’s part of the fun hehe!).
  15. Garnish and Serve
  16. Garnish the tops with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers, crushed peppermint, or a drizzle of Kiva chocolate syrup.
  17. Serve immediately with spoons and enjoy these rich, shareable desserts!
