INGREDIENTS

Double Boiler / Melting Bowl

1 Standard 16 cube ice tray

2 11.5 oz bags of premium baking milk or dark chocolate chips of your choice

1/2 of a 100MG THC Kiva bar of your choice broken into small pieces

*adjust amount to increase your desired potency

Toppings of choice (May we suggest mini marshmallows, edible luster dust and/or holiday sprinkles)

16 Popsicle sticks or wooden spoons

16 Gift bags of choice

16 Gift bag ties or bows

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a double boiler, bring your water to a simmer over medium heat
  2. Once simmering, add chocolate chips and KIVA bar. Reduce heat to low.
  3. Mix frequently with a metal or silicone utensil until all chocolate is melted and combined.
  4. Remove from heat, allowing the bowl to cool for a minute or two so it's easier to handle. *Optional: For easier pour control, transfer your melted chocolate to a measuring cup with a pour spout.
  5. Fill your ice tray to the top with melted chocolate, taking care to avoid waste on the edges of the tray cubes and leaving just a little room for sprinkles and inserted sticks or spoons.
  6. While chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the tops of your chocolate with your topping(s) of choice.
  7. Insert your sticks into each cube- chocolate should be thick and cooled enough to hold the stick upright and center.
  8. Once each cube is complete, cool your tray on the counter in cooler climates or in the refrigerator* until solid.
  9. Once solid, gently twist the ice tray to dislodge each cocoa stick.
  10. Wrap in gift bags and store securely away from children and pets
  11. To serve, place your cocoa spoon in a cup of the hot milk of your choice, and stir until chocolate is fully melted and combined.

*Note that condensation from refrigeration does present a risk in your chocolate "blooming", which will look splotchy and discolored, but is safe to consume.
