Everyone knows that getting a good night's sleep is vital to health. Stress, aches and pains, and insomnia all play a part in sleep health- which only becomes more challenging when sharing a bed or a room with a partner. A recent Harris Poll of over 2,000 U.S. adults commissioned by Camino found that 81% of Americans with a partner say they have an issue with sleep quality with their partner and 90% of those with issues have tried something to improve it. Pretty fascinating!
